Shipping & returns

Gift card orders received by 1pm during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched that day.  Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched on the following working day.   Delivery is to one UK address only and via one of the following Royal Mail services…

 

  •          1st Class – delivered the next working day, including Saturday.
  •          1st Class Recorded  - delivered the next working day, including Saturday. Online tracking.  Signature required. 
  •          Special Delivery – guaranteed next day delivery.  Online tracking.  Signature required.  Compensation up to £500

 

Please note that 1st Class and 1st Class Recorded are non-insured services.  Please use Special Delivery if you wish to insure your item in the post.  If your order exceeds £500, please place additional orders in multiples of £500 of value.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.   Should you wish to do this you must advise us in writing Refunds for orders cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.
